We aim to maintain reliable Services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, software errors, infrastructure failures, cybersecurity incidents, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. THIS MAY INCLUDE, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST SAVINGS, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EQUIPMENT PERFORMANCE DIFFERENCES, OR DECISIONS MADE IN RELIANCE ON ESTIMATES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

19. Indemnification
