Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: August 14, 2026 | Last Updated: August 14, 2026

Welcome to AI Energy Plans / Energy Arbitrage. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://aienergyplans.com and our energy-plan comparison, analysis, modeling, consultation, solar, battery, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. About Our Services

AI Energy Plans provides technology and services designed to help consumers understand and evaluate electricity plans and home-energy options. Our Services may include:

  • Electricity plan comparison
  • Electricity bill analysis
  • Energy usage analysis
  • Electricity cost estimates
  • Time-of-use rate modeling
  • Battery-storage modeling
  • Solar production modeling
  • Potential savings estimates
  • AI-powered plan or energy recommendations
  • Solar and battery consultations
  • Referrals or introductions to third-party providers
  • Installation-related services where offered

Available Services may vary by location.

2. Informational Nature of Estimates

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate signed agreement, calculations, projections, recommendations, savings estimates, and comparisons provided through the Services are for informational and planning purposes only.

Results may be based on assumptions concerning:

  • Historical electricity usage
  • Future electricity consumption
  • Electricity rates
  • Utility fees
  • Weather
  • Solar production
  • Battery efficiency
  • Battery degradation
  • Equipment performance
  • Time-of-use periods
  • Taxes and regulatory charges
  • Energy market conditions
  • Available incentives

Actual results may differ materially from estimates.

3. No Guarantee of Savings

AI Energy Plans does not guarantee any particular amount or percentage of electricity savings, financial return, solar production, battery performance, investment return, or reduction in electricity bills unless expressly guaranteed in a separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative.

Any savings figures displayed on our website or generated by our tools are estimates based on specific assumptions and circumstances. Past or modeled results do not guarantee future results.

4. AI-Generated Recommendations

Certain Services may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, automated document processing, mathematical models, or algorithms. AI-generated information may be incomplete, inaccurate, or based on incorrect interpretations of documents or data.

You are responsible for reviewing relevant electricity-provider documents, contracts, Electricity Facts Labels, installation agreements, financing agreements, warranties, and other applicable terms before making a decision.

5. Electricity Plans

Electricity prices, fees, contract terms, incentives, provider availability, and other plan information may change without notice. Before enrolling in an electricity plan, you should review the official terms supplied by the electricity provider.

If information displayed through our Services conflicts with information supplied directly by the electricity provider, the provider’s official contract and applicable regulatory disclosures generally control.

6. Solar and Battery Estimates

Solar and battery recommendations may depend on numerous factors, including:

  • Property characteristics
  • Electrical infrastructure
  • Roof or installation-site conditions
  • Shading
  • Weather
  • Local codes
  • Utility requirements
  • Interconnection approval
  • Equipment availability
  • Permits
  • Financing
  • Incentive eligibility

An online estimate does not constitute a final engineering assessment, installation proposal, or guarantee that a property is suitable for a particular installation. A professional site evaluation may be required.

7. Incentives and Tax Information

Information concerning tax credits, rebates, incentives, renewable-energy credits, or similar programs is provided for general informational purposes only. We do not provide tax, accounting, investment, or legal advice.

Eligibility depends on individual circumstances and applicable laws and programs, which may change. You should consult an appropriate professional regarding your eligibility.

8. Third-Party Providers

Our Services may provide information about or connect you with third parties, including:

  • Electricity providers
  • Solar installers
  • Battery installers
  • Equipment manufacturers
  • Financing companies
  • Contractors
  • Consultants
  • Utilities
  • Other energy-service providers

Unless specifically stated otherwise, these businesses are independent third parties. Their services are subject to their own contracts, warranties, privacy policies, and terms.

9. Partner Compensation

AI Energy Plans may receive fees, commissions, referral compensation, installation revenue, marketing compensation, or other benefits from certain providers or partners. Where required by applicable law, additional disclosures may be provided before you complete a transaction.

Compensation relationships do not constitute a guarantee that a particular product, provider, plan, or installation is best for every customer.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless pchomes, inc., AI Energy Plans, and their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Security concerns

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

22. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

Any dispute concerning these Terms will be handled in the courts located in Dallas County, Texas, unless another dispute-resolution process is established in a separate agreement or required by applicable law.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms periodically. When changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

24. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional agreements applicable to a particular Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning your use of the website and Services.
